Product Demo & Webinar Strategy Led the strategy and execution of a recurring product-focused webinar series to support go-to-market efforts, active sales cycles, and customer education. The series was designed to serve both demand generation and sales enablement by aligning product functionality with real customer use cases. Partnered cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure technical accuracy, relevance to buyer pain points, and consistency with broader GTM messaging. Each webinar was structured to clearly articulate how Localize fits into existing development workflows and localization strategies. Webinars were positioned as reusable GTM assets—supporting live demos, follow-up conversations, onboarding, and ongoing customer education across the funnel.Defined demo narratives and solution storytelling frameworks for product-focused webinars and sales demos, including sessions centered on AI-driven localization capabilities. Owned the structure and objectives of each demo by outlining what product capabilities to showcase, the order in which they should be presented, and the story to tell from problem discovery through solution value. Worked closely with Sales Engineers to translate this narrative into detailed talk tracks and live demo flows. While Sales Engineers delivered the live presentations, I partnered behind the scenes to ensure demos aligned with buyer intent, addressed common evaluation questions, and reinforced Localize’s positioning around AI-assisted localization. This approach was applied across multiple webinars to create consistent, repeatable demo narratives used in both marketing-led events and sales-assisted conversations.
