Supported the go-to-market launch of ClinCapture’s Virtual Data Capture (VDC), a product designed to enable remote clinical trials through secure, electronic data collection and submission workflows. During the COVID-19 pandemic, VDC addressed an urgent industry need: allowing clinical trials to continue while maintaining regulatory compliance. The product enabled electronic forms and centralized data capture to support clinical research teams and meet FDA submission requirements. Worked closely with the CEO, engineering team, and customers to shape the product’s positioning and launch narrative. Collaborated cross-functionally to translate complex, regulated product functionality into clear messaging that emphasized compliance, continuity, and operational reliability. Owned the creation of the VDC product landing page, ensuring messaging aligned with both technical requirements and buyer concerns in a highly regulated environment. Partnered with customers to develop case studies highlighting real-world usage and impact, reinforcing credibility and trust during active sales conversations. Led promotional efforts across paid acquisition, email campaigns, and organic social channels to drive awareness and adoption. These efforts were coordinated to support both inbound discovery and sales-assisted outreach during a critical period for the clinical research industry. This work contributed to the successful launch of a regulated SaaS product under challenging conditions, demonstrating the ability to align product, engineering, leadership, and customer voices into a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
